OVERNIGHT. THE GUSTY WINDS WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY HEAVY RAIN AT

WEDNESDAY. THE HIGH WIND WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT. A WIND
ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO 2 PM PDT
THIS AFTERNOON.
* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE AND BECOME STRONG BY MID MORNING
LASTING INTO THIS AFTERNOON. A BRIEF DECREASE IN THE WIND WILL
OCCUR DURING THE RAINFALL THIS AFTERNOON...HOWEVER A FEW HOURS
OF STRONGER DOWNSLOPE WINDS ARE EXPECTED THIS EVENING AND
OVERNIGHT.
* WIND SPEEDS TODAY: SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH
GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH. AS RAIN SPREADS OVER THE AREA THIS
AFTERNOON...WIND GUSTS WILL DECREASE TO LESS THAN 45 MPH.
* WIND SPEEDS THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT: SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST
WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 65 MPH. STRONGER GUSTS
