On the way to Gabbs today, came across this huge, very healthy bull, who wasn't exactly thrilled to see me. When he started snorting, I left the area. He didn't keep his eyes off of me and if he wanted to, he could have destroyed my car. This was near the Rawhide turnoff on NV 361.
Stopped at the only eatery in Gabbs, R&H Cafe, for lunch. This place has very good food, but is only open until 2 p.m. The two ladies running the place are great and keep the place clean and cook quality food. I've never had a bad meal here. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the interior is very cozy and homey. "This is just like home," said the waitress.
